الشروط والأحكام

  1. يتم تنظيم هذا العرض الترويجي وإدارته من قبل شركة الميرة للمواد الاستهلاكية (ش.م.ق.ع) بالتعاون مع شركة جيه إن تي إل كونسيومر هيلث الشرق الأوسط المنطقة الحرة- ذ.م.م، وهي شركة مسجلة وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ويقع مكتبها المسجل في دبي. وتُفسر جميع الإشارات إلى “كينفيو” على أنها تشير إلى شركة جيه إن تي إل كونسيومر هيلث الشرق الأوسط المنطقة الحرة- ذ.م.م لأغراض هذا العرض الترويجي (“المنظِّم“).
  2. تُقام الحملة الترويجية في الفترة من 28 سبتمبر إلى 28 أكتوبر 2025 (“فترة العرض“). سيتم اختيار الفائزين من خلال سحب إلكتروني رقمي بتاريخ 30 أكتوبر 2025 في المقر الرئيسي لشركة الميرة، عن طريق نظام اختيار عشوائي رقمي وبحضور ممثل من وزارة التجارة.
  3. هذا العرض مفتوح أمام العملاء الذين:
    1. مسجلين في برنامج مكافآت الميرة؛
    2. يشترون منتجات بقيمة 30 ريال قطري أو أكثر من الفئات التالية: Johnson’s®، Listerine®، Neutrogena®، Carefree®، Clean & Clear® وOGX® (ويشار إليها مجتمعة فيما بعد بـ “المنتجات المؤهلة“)، وهي منتجات مملوكة ومنتجة من قبل كينفيو من أي فرع من فروع الميرة في قطر خلال فترة العرض؛ و
    3. مقيمين في قطر ويبلغون من العمر 18 عاماً أو أكثر.
  4. الجوائز على النحو التالي:
    • الجائزة الأولى: 5 فائزين بقسائم تسوق من الميرة بقيمة 4000 ريال قطري لكل فائز.
    • الجائزة الثانية: 15 فائزاً بقسائم تسوق من الميرة بقيمة 1000 ريال قطري لكل فائز.
    • الجائزة الثالثة: 25 فائزاً بقسائم تسوق من الميرة بقيمة 200 ريال قطري لكل فائز.
  5. سيحصل العملاء على قسيمة سحب إلكترونية واحدة (1) مقابل كل عملية شراء بقيمة 30 ريال قطري من المنتجات المؤهلة لكل فاتورة، ويسمح بالمشاركة المتعددة. يمكن للعملاء الدخول إلى تطبيق الميرة للتحقق من قسائم السحب الخاصة بهم في أي وقت.
  6. عند استيفاء الشروط أعلاه، يجب على العملاء الراغبين في المشاركة في السحب الإلكتروني إبراز ومسح عضويتهم في برنامج مكافآت الميرة (من خلال تطبيق الميرة للمكافآت) لدى أمين الصندوق عند الدفع. سيتم تسجيل العملاء تلقائياً وسيتلقون رسالة نصية قصيرة تؤكد مشاركتهم في السحب (خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة من وقت الفاتورة).
  7. في حال لم يتمكن العملاء من الوصول إلى تطبيق الميرة أثناء الشراء، يمكنهم زيارة المتجر بعد تاريخ الشراء مع تطبيق الميرة وإثبات الشراء، حيث سيقوم مكتب خدمة العملاء بمسح الباركود الخاص بالتطبيق وتسجيل المشاركة يدوياً.
  8. العملاء غير المسجلين في برنامج مكافآت الميرة يمكنهم التسجيل عن طريق تحميل تطبيق الميرة وإتمام التسجيل بالمعلومات المطلوبة قبل دفع الفاتورة.
  9. لا تتحمل شركة الميرة أو المنظِّم أي مسؤولية عن أي فشل في مسح تطبيق مكافآت الميرة أو إدخال معلومات غير صحيحة أثناء عملية التسجيل.
  10. للاستفسارات أو التوضيحات المتعلقة بقسائم السحب، يمكن للعملاء التواصل مع مكتب خدمة العملاء في أقرب فرع للميرة أو الاتصال بمركز الاتصال على الرقم 4011 9011 خلال ساعات العمل.
  11. سيتم إجراء السحب تحت إشراف ممثلين من البلدية المعنية أو وزارة التجارة والصناعة.
  12. سيتم الإعلان عن أسماء الفائزين على القنوات الرسمية لشركة الميرة في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وموقعها الإلكتروني، وبمشاركتهم في هذا العرض يوافق العملاء على نشر أسمائهم.
  13. يجب المطالبة بالجوائز خلال 90 يوماً من نهاية فترة العرض الترويجي.
  14. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين دولة قطر. وأي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بهذا العرض يخضع للاختصاص الحصري لمحاكم دولة قطر.
  15. بالمشاركة في هذا العرض، يوافق العملاء على جمع ومعالجة وتخزين بياناتهم الشخصية من قبل المنظِّم وشركة الميرة وشركائهما المعتمدين لغرض إدارة العرض الترويجي. سيتم التعامل مع جميع البيانات الشخصية وفقاً لقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها في قطر.
  16. لن يتحمل المنظِّم و/أو شركة الميرة أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو إصابة من أي نوع يتعرض لها أي مشارك نتيجةً أو فيما يتعلق بالعرض، إلا في الحالات التي لا يمكن فيها استبعاد تلك المسؤولية بموجب القانون.
  17. يحتفظ المنظِّم و/أو شركة الميرة بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إنهاء العرض أو أي جزء منه في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، بعد الحصول على موافقة الجهات التنظيمية المختصة في قطر.
  18. سيتم تنفيذ العرض وجميع الأنشطة المرتبطة به وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة قطر، بما في ذلك إشراف الجهات البلدية المختصة أو وزارة التجارة والصناعة كما هو مذكور أعلاه.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is organized and administered by Al Meera Consumer Goods (Q.P.S.C) in collaboration with JNTL Consumer Health Middle East FZ-LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office located in Dubai. All references to “Kenvue” shall be interpreted as referring to JNTL Consumer Health Middle East FZ-LLC for the purposes of this promotion (“the Promoter”).
  2. The Promotion shall run from 28 September to 28 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Winners will be selected by means of a digital E-raffle on 30 October 2025 at the Al Meera Head Office, through digital randomization together with a representative from the Ministry of Commerce.
  3. This Promotion is open to customers who:
    1. are registered in Meera Rewards program;
    2. purchase products worth QR 30 or more from the following ranges: Johnson’s®, Listerine®, Neutrogena®, Carefree®, Clean & Clear® and OGX® (collectively hereafter “Eligible Products”), which are products owned and produced by Kenvue from any Al Meera outlet in Qatar during the promotional period; and
    3. are residents of Qatar and are at least 18 years of age.
  4. The prizes are as follows:• 1ST Prize: 5 winners of QR 4000 Al Meera shopping vouchers
    • 2ND Prize: 15 winners of QR 1000 Al Meera shopping vouchers
    • 3RD Prize: 25 winners of QR 200 Al Meera shopping vouchers
  5. Customers will receive one (1) e-raffle coupon for each QR 30 worth of Eligible Products purchased for each invoice/bill and multiple entries are permitted. Customers can access the Al Meera App to check their e-raffle coupons anytime.
  6. Upon meeting the above criteria, Customers who wish to join the e-raffle draw are required to present and scan their Meera Rewards Membership (in the Meera Rewards mobile app) at the cashier staff at the time of paying their invoice/bill. Customers will then be registered automatically and will receive an SMS confirming their entry to the raffle (within 24 to 48 hours of the time of invoice/bill).
  7. Should Customers be unable to access their Al Meera App at the time of purchase, they may visit the store after the purchase date together with their Al Meera App and proof of purchase and the customer service desk will scan the barcode of the Customers application and register the entry manually.
  8. Customers who are not already Meera Rewards members may register in Meera Rewards program by downloading the mobile application and complete the registration with required details before paying the invoice/bill.
  9. Neither Al Meera nor the Promoter shall be held responsible for any failure in scanning Meera Rewards application or if incorrect information entered in the registration process.
  10. For any queries or clarifications regarding raffle coupons, customers may contact the Customer Service Desk at their nearest Al Meera outlet or call Al Meera call center during working hours 4011 9011.
  11. The raffle draw will be conducted under the supervision of representatives from the relevant Municipality or the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  12. The names of the winners will be announced on Al Meera’s official social media channels and website, by entering this promotion customers consent to such publication.
  13. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days from the end of the promotion period.
  14. These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatar courts.
  15. By participating in this promotion, customers consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by the Promoter, Al Meera and their authorized partners for the purpose of administering the promotion. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Qatar.
  16. The Promoter and/or Al Meera shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever suffered by any participant because of or in connection with the promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  17. The Promoter and/or Al Meera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or any part of it at any time without prior notice, subject to approval from relevant regulatory authorities in Qatar.
  18. The promotion and all associated activities shall be conducted in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Qatar, including oversight by the relevant Municipality or the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as stated.
